Didn't show up for the quote. Didn't bother calling. Was going to buy 2 doors, but after waiting around all day for a no-show, I'll buy them from someone else.
UPDATE: An appointment had been scheduled. You told me someone was coming on Thursday morning, either before or after they did a measure in St Kilda. Don't blame me for your poor management. Poor form!
You'll notice from all the other reviews I've given that I don't give bad reviews as a rule. Yet, you're the exception.

BEWARE!
You may be up for costly repairs later.
Canon doors installed a shower screen for me in 2016. Good quality, professional service, and reasonable price ($980). 5 years later, the door ceased to open and close! ONLY Canon doors has the ability to repair it, no one could. Canon doors quoted $495 for the repair. That’s 50% of the actual full install, with no broken glass or bent railing.

Over the years I have bought several things from Canon Doors, including shower screen, fly screens and security doors. I visited recently to buy a bottle of Screenguard, a cleaner for the security doors. Always very pleased with the service received from Canon Doors.

Great quality doors, lots of options and the install was quite professional. Shame that covid has affected everyone and was a bit of a delay. But that's not in their control. Do suggest they give more regular updates.

Reasonably priced, great quality and communication. We had a new security screen sliding door installed today and are extremely happy with it. The door came with a few little extras we weren’t aware of too. Highly recommend Canon Doors!

Could not recommend Ivana, Val, and the team at canon doors more highly. They are absolutely amazing humans to deal with, right from initial contact all the way through to installation. No call just turned up for a quote. Told me they'd never done a corner wardrobe. Told me the job was 'huge' and that Canon would be the only company to agree to do it.. (???) Told me I'd get a quote in a few days. I got a quote 3 and a half weeks later. In the meantime I had someone come and do it in a day for $1400 less.
Now I'm getting emails from office staff lecturing me on my moral code.
Save your time and money.

Highly recommend Canon Doors. They were helpful when deciding which security door would best suit our period home and customised it to work with the existing leadlight. The door was installed to a high standard and is of excellent quality. Overall, the service was friendly, informative and beyond our expectation. The security door has definitely enhanced the aesthetics and elegance of our home.

2 great looking security doors installed. When the fellow came around to measure he gave me good advice about the style of door that would best suit my house; it was quite different to what I had imagined based on the old doors, but he was right, these were much better. Got doors with pure steel mesh and no bars. They are almost invisible when closed, you can see right through, which is how I like it. Apparently slightly more secure as well as can’t be pulled off. Colour also matches house well.
Had to wait 2 months over Xmas for them to be made up, but pretty close to what they forecast, even with a snap COVID lockdown in the middle!
I hadn’t realised security doors were this expensive so I was a bit shocked at the quote, then I found the competitors were the same or more.
Ivana was a great organiser on the phone too.

Thankyou to the Canon team for another great job.
This time it was a set of rear security doors. We wanted the doors to swing 180 degrees, so they could be flush against the existing rear windows. The doors were delivered and installed well ahead of schedule and were a perfect fit and operated exactly how we wanted. Again, we are extremely happy with the finished look and the professional service Canon Doors provided.

When I first moved into my flat about 10 year these made and installed som great custom window screens for me (that have held perfectly, even with my cat occasionally hanging from the mesh lol).
I thought there prices were competitive and the service was great so I also ordered a security door from them.
Same great service and installation.
Fast forward 10 years and no security door was no longer locking properly due to some movement in my building.
I was glad to see Canon doors were still around and emailed them to see if they could fix it.
Still great service with a call from the next morning to book in a time.
2 people turned up (think one was the guy that installed the door originally!) and spent more than half an hour fixing the problem. The door lines up again and works like day 1.
When I enquired with the office about payment, I was told that was no charge. Now that’s service

Had the shower door replaced. Service and advice was excellent starting with Ivana from the initial enquiry. Installation was on time and without fuss. Follow up service was dealt with promptly and without any issues. Would recommend anytime.

Today saw the install of my new security screen door & the guys were friendly & professional with the job being completed within a few hours. The attention to detail means that even whilst installing they ensured that the workspace was kept tidy.

I was provided with wonderful service by ivana and Val at Canon Doors. The work performed was replacement of door furniture on several exterior doors and rebuilding a shower screen door that no longer fitted the space due to house movement. All work was carried out on time and professionally. I really appreciated help with a couple of items not included in the quote. This included planing our laundry door which was sticking and replacement of shower door magnets. I would confidently recommend Canon Doors.

Val is a dynamo, I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently he installed my five fly screens. I'm very happy with the screens and the price was extremely reasonable - and Val arrived when scheduled. I would even have been comfortable leaving him in my home if I'd had to go out. Val and the team from Canon Doors have been so helpful from the first phone call .They came out ,to assess my front screen doors that had been installed by another company ( who had not responded to calls, emails or texts).As soon as Val saw my doors who knew the problem was a faulty triple lock.The age of the doors corresponded when there had been issues with triple locks.Val came and sorted out , what ended up being a very tricky issue.All sorted and for the first time in ages and I mean it, I can close front doors without wrestling with the doors( that previously sometimes locked or caught and you couldn't open them).Ivana on reception has always been lovely . I can recommend this company.

We came to Canon Doors for our sliding screen doors to complement our new UPVC sliding doors after our local supplier did such a mediocre job with the installation that we had their product removed. The quality of the Canon Doors product is of a high order and we are very happy with them two months after (self) installation. I must also commend the communication and advice from Ivana, Val and Ivan during the process. They are a trustworthy company and I recommend them.
